In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Defined terms appear in bold throughout these Terms for ease of reference.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the Platform. n78et strictly enforces this age restriction and will request identity documents during KYC to verify your date of birth. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all bets voided, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment source.

2.2 Geographic Scope. The Platform is directed primarily at residents of Indonesia. You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable to you in your country or jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online betting is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an Account.

2.3 Capacity to Contract. By registering, you confirm that you are a natural person of full legal capacity, that you are not acting on behalf of a third party, and that no court order or other legal restriction prevents you from entering into a binding agreement.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances.

2.5 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or hold an Account: (a) employees, contractors, or agents of n78et or any affiliated entity; (b) immediate family members of any such persons; (c) persons who have previously been banned from the Platform for any reason; (d) persons currently subject to self-exclusion under n78et's Responsible Gaming program.

3.1 Registration Process. To access the Platform's betting and gaming services, you must complete the registration process at n78et Login. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number. Providing false or misleading information is a ground for immediate Account closure.

3.2 KYC Verification. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, n78et will request identity verification documents, which may include: a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence; and proof of address issued within the last three months. n78et reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where required by its compliance obligations or where suspicious activity is detected.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact the n78et support team immediately via live chat. n78et will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure. n78et reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity; (c) multi-accounting; (d) bonus abuse or advantage play contrary to the spirit of promotions; or (e) any activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other members.

4.1 Accepted Currencies. All transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). n78et does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply any currency conversion. Your Balance at all times reflects an IDR amount.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. n78et currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata

n78et reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via the Platform's announcement section.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction within the member portal. n78et does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which n78et bears no responsibility.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed within an average of five (5) minutes for BCA and e-wallet transfers during normal operating hours. More complex verification cases or requests submitted outside peak processing windows may take up to 24 hours. n78et reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal at its discretion.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. You may only withdraw funds to a payment account registered in your own name that matches the identity on your verified Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any withdrawal request that cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder will be declined and returned to the originating Account balance pending further verification.

4.6 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed within the member portal and is subject to change. Requests below the stated minimum will be declined. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly; only winnings derived from completed wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

5.1 General Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by n78et are subject to specific terms that include, at a minimum: the wagering requirement, the time limit for completion, eligible games or bet types, and the maximum withdrawal amount attributable to bonus-derived winnings. These specific terms are presented at the point of claiming each promotion and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Where a bonus carries a wagering requirement, you must complete the stated betting turnover using real-money deposits, Bonus Funds, or a combination thereof (as specified per promotion) before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. Bets placed on certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements; game contribution tables are provided within each promotion's specific terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. n78et employs automated and manual monitoring to detect promotional abuse, including but not limited to: (a) registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; (b) using low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies (such as hedging bets across multiple outcomes or accounts) specifically to clear wagering requirements; (c) exploiting technical errors or incorrect odds. Where bonus abuse is detected, n78et reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings and close the Account without notice.

5.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements expire at the end of the stated promotion period. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account balance automatically. Expiry timelines are stated in each promotion's specific terms and displayed in the member portal.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. n78et reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Members who have already accepted a promotion and have an active wagering requirement at the time of modification will have those requirements honoured under the terms in force at the point of acceptance, provided they were accepted in good faith.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets are accepted at n78et's sole discretion. A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. n78et reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel any bet at any time, including after acceptance, where it suspects system error, data corruption, odds compilation error, or breach of these Terms.

6.2 Odds and Markets. Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed at a stated price, that price is locked for that wager. For in-play (live) betting, odds fluctuate continuously; the price at the moment your bet request is received and confirmed is the binding price.

6.3 Void Bets. n78et may void a bet where: (a) an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement timeframe, or abandoned without completion; (b) incorrect odds were published due to a manifest error; (c) the market was suspended at the moment the bet was placed; or (d) the outcome is subject to a formal integrity investigation by the relevant governing body. Voided bets are refunded as real-money stake to the Account Balance.

6.4 Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to win for the bet to be successful. If any single leg is voided, that leg is removed from the accumulator and the parlay is recalculated on the remaining legs. Specific rules per sport are published within the sportsbook help section.

6.5 Casino and Slot Games. All casino games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently audited for statistical fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published by each game provider and are available in the game information panels. n78et does not manipulate RNG outcomes.

6.6 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute regarding a bet outcome, settlement, or transaction must be raised with the n78et support team within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period will not be entertained. n78et's decision on bet settlement, following review of all available evidence, shall be final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account on the Platform, whether in your own name or under false identities.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, including using another person's identity documents.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Match-fixing and insider knowledge: Placing bets using material non-public information about the outcome of any sporting event, or in connection with any scheme to fix or manipulate an event's outcome.
• Money laundering: Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using the Platform's banking infrastructure for any purpose other than genuine betting and gaming.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or multiplayer format available on the Platform.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use, including scraping odds data or automating bet placement.
• Chargebacks: Disputing a legitimate deposit transaction with your bank or e-wallet provider in order to reclaim deposited funds after they have been wagered.
• Harassment: Communicating with n78et staff or other members in an abusive, threatening, or discriminatory manner via any channel.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the n78et brand name, logo, trademarks, software, design, text, graphics, odds data, game assets, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of n78et or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited Licence. n78et grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property right.

8.3 Restrictions. You must not: (a) copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without n78et's express written consent; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software; (c) create derivative works based on the Platform's design, code, or content; or (d) use the n78et trademark or brand assets in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written authorisation.

9.1 Platform Availability. n78et endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party payment provider outages, or circumstances beyond n78et's reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions. n78et is not liable for any losses — including lost winnings, missed bets, or deposit delays — arising directly from Platform downtime.

9.2 Betting Losses. Gambling involves risk. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited into your Account and that n78et bears no liability for your betting or gaming losses, irrespective of whether those losses arose from decisions made on the basis of information published on the Platform.

9.3 Third-Party Services. The Platform integrates third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe), payment processors, and data feeds. n78et is not liable for errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party systems, including but not limited to incorrect odds data supplied by third-party sports data providers or game malfunctions attributable to a game provider's RNG system.

9.4 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, n78et's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member to their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.5 Consequential Loss. In no event shall n78et be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including loss of profit, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of goodwill, whether or not n78et has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data are governed by n78et's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2 KYC Data. Personal information collected during KYC — including identity documents and address verification — is used exclusively for the purposes of age verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. This data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and is not sold or transferred to third parties except where required by law or n78et's compliance obligations.

10.3 Cookies and Tracking. The Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session integrity, personalise your experience, and gather aggregate analytics data. By using the Platform, you consent to the use of these technologies. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may impair Platform functionality.

10.4 Communications. By registering an Account, you consent to receiving transactional communications (deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, security alerts) via email and SMS. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time via your Account settings or by contacting support. Transactional communications cannot be disabled as they are essential to Account security.

11.1 Right to Amend. n78et reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised "Last reviewed" date. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations — n78et will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email or a Platform announcement prior to the change taking effect.

11.2 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account via the support team. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

11.3 Version History. Previous versions of these Terms are available upon request by contacting our support team. n78et maintains an internal version history log for regulatory and audit purposes.

12.1 International Licensing. n78et operates under an internationally issued gaming licence. The Platform is licensed and regulated in the jurisdiction of its registration. All gaming activities conducted on the Platform are governed by the rules and regulations of the licensing authority in that jurisdiction.

12.2 Applicable Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which n78et is incorporated and licensed, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.

12.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via the n78et support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Class action proceedings are expressly waived to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
